The Department of Roads and Highways will recruit 405 people
A notification has been issued to recruit manpower for the vacant posts in the Roads and Highways Department. A total of 405 people will be appointed against five different posts in the Roads and Highways Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online.
Interested candidates need to fill up the application form online (http://rhd.teletalk.com.bd).

Display of all relevant educational certificates/experience certificates/quota certificates or proofs, original copy of national identity card during an oral examination
Attested photocopy along with all the certificates and admissions submitted in the application along with the completed Application Form. In addition, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad / Municipality / City Corporation as proof of permanent residence of the district, photocopy of National Identity Card, and if the applicant is the son-daughter of the heroic freedom fighter, the applicant is the son-daughter of the heroic freedom fighter/martyr. Attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Mayor / Councilor should be submitted. . The applicant must mention the information of his latest acquired educational qualification. 9. The employing authority reserves the right to reduce / increase the number of posts in the notification and to cancel the notification. 10. A resident of one district cannot apply as a resident of another district. 11. The applicant will be bound to work anywhere in Bangladesh after gaining employment. 12. The decision of the appointing authority on the matter of appointment will be final. 13. In the case not mentioned, the latest rules and regulations of the government will be applicable. 14. Verification of the eligibility of the candidate, any information provided by the candidate, or the submitted documents are forged, false or with minimum conditions required in the notification.
If any discrepancy is found, if it is proved to be false or if the examination is forged or misused, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. Anyone who passes the test if incorrect information / fake documents are displayed
The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the candidate during the examination or at any time thereafter. 15. Notice of appointment, written and oral examination and other information related to the examination is available on the website of the Department of Roads and Highways.
| Available at www.rhd.gov.bd. 16. Terms and Conditions for Filling the Online Application Form: A, Candidates wishing to participate in the examination will fill up the application form on this website http://rhd.teletalk.com.bd.
i. Date and time of filling up the application form and submitting the examination fee online: 01/03/2021 AD, 10:00 am. ii. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 31/03/2021 AD, afternoon: 05:00 hours. Candidates who have received User ID within that period will receive an SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
Submit the examination fee through B. In the online application form, the candidate scans his signature (length 300x width 60 pixels) and color picture (length 300x width 300 pixels).
Upload to the designated place. C, Since the information in the online application form will be used for all subsequent activities, before submitting the application form online
The candidate himself will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled. D. Upload the photo and signature and submit the application form, then the application preview will be seen on the computer with the photo. Candidates who have completed the application form correctly will get a User ID, photo and an applicant’s copy signed. The applicant’s copy will be downloaded, printed, and saved by the candidate. The Applicant’s copy will have a User ID number and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the prescribed manner. 12 / – (bar) for service charge, 112 / (one hundred times) and 50 / – (fifty) rupees for examination fee for posts 4 and 5 and 7 / – (six) rupees for service charge, 57 / – (Fifty six) rupees will be deposited within not more than 72 (seventy two) hours. It is worth mentioning here that, “Even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances till the examination fee is paid. First SMS: RHD <space> User ID to be sent to 16222.
Example: RHD ABCDF Reply: Applicant’s Name, Tk-112/56 will be charged as an application fee. Your PIN is 12345678. To pay fee Type RHD <Space> Yes <Space> Pin and send to 16222.
