“Family Welfare Inspector (FWV)” Trainee Nomination Notification
The nomination will be given only to female candidates who wish to be admitted to the 18-month Family Welfare Inspector Training Course instead of the vacant post of Family Welfare Inspector in the Revenue Department under the Department of Family Planning. Applications are invited from Permanent Citizens of Bangladesh subject to the following conditions:

Candidates from Patuakhali and Barguna districts are not required to apply. However, candidates from all districts will be able to apply for the orphan and disabled quota.
The following conditions must be followed in filling up the application form and participating in the examination:

| The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 to 30 years on 01/03/2020. However, in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyrs and physically handicapped, the age limit is 18 to 32 years. Affidavit of age proof is not admissible. Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority.
Verification of Eligibility: If any information or documents submitted by the candidate are found to be fake, false, or inconsistent with the minimum conditions required in the notification, if it is proved to be false or falsified, or misused in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be rejected and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. . The Authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination in case of misrepresentation of information / forged documents. At the time of oral examination, original copies of all the following certificates/papers should be displayed and 01 attested photocopy of each should be submitted:
(a) All the educational qualifications of the candidate (including certificates of experience where applicable);
(B) Certificate of citizenship issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad / Mayor / Councilor of the Union Parishad in which the candidate is a resident;
(C) attested photocopy of the certificate / certificate issued to the candidate by the appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than women’s quota;
(D) If the applicant is a freedom fighter / son and daughter of a martyred freedom fighter, if the applicant is a freedom fighter / son and daughter of a freedom fighter / son and daughter of a martyred freedom fighter, the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / Mayor Attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the councilor must be submitted;
(E) if the applicant is a son-daughter of the freedom fighter / martyr and son-daughter of the son-daughter, the certificate of freedom fighter, gazette, red release message / photocopy of Indian list must be submitted;
(F) Character certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad / Mayor of the Municipality / Councilor / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / First Class Gazetted Officer;
(G) Attested copy of National Identity Card / Birth Certificate;
(H) Copy of the application form filled in online (Applicant’s Copy). Mate 112 / – (one hundred times) examination fee of Rs. 100 / – and service charge of Teletalk Tk. In the case of the recruitment of trainees, the government’s prevailing rules and regulations and the quota policy will be followed, and any amendment in the relevant rules and regulations will be followed later. Due to this notification’s publication, the authority will not be obliged to take the examination or give a nomination for the desired post. The ultimately successful trainees will have to contribute to the concerned Family Welfare Inspector Training Center within the stipulated date and time. Before the donation, a certificate of physical fitness and non-pregnancy must be submitted by the Civil Surgeon (if pregnant, her nomination will be considered void). Appointed trainees should be required to undergo training at any Family Welfare Inspector Training Center in Bangladesh.
