Recruitment Circular Establishment of Child Development Centers for Secondary and Tertiary Level Hospitals in July 2011 under the Operational Plan entitled “Hospital Services Management (HSM) under the 4th, Health, Population, and Nutrition Sector (HPNSP) Program under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.” Applications are being invited from genuine Bangladeshi citizens of all districts for direct appointment to the following vacant posts on a full temporary basis at full pay for full-term till June 30, 2022.

The application deadline is as follows: (i) Online Application Form Completion and Application Fee Submission Date and Time: 12/10/2020 AD – 10.00 am. (ii) Last date and time for submission of application form on 0nline: 12/11/2020 pm – 05:00 hrs.
Candidates who have received User ID within the said period will be required to submit the application form online within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours of the examination by SMS.
You can submit the fee. (B) Candidates can scan their signature (length 300x width 60 pixels) and color photo (length 300x width 300 pixels) in the application form online and upload it at the designated place.

The candidate himself will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information already filled. (D) The candidate shall keep a color print copy of the completed application form online to aid for any need related to the examination. (E) Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill in the Application Form online and sign and sign as per instructions.
After uploading and submitting the application form, the application preview with pictures can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have completed the application form correctly will get a User ID, photo, and a signed Applicant’s copy. The applicant’s copy will be downloaded, printed in color, and saved. Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for ………… Application for post …… User Id is (ABCDEF) and password (********). (F). Receipt of admission through http://hsm.teletalk.com.bd website and via SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates)
Will be informed in time. All the information related to the examination will be done on the candidate’s mobile phone in the online application form.

4. Verification of the candidate’s eligibility: (a) Candidacy of the concerned candidate if the information or documents submitted by the candidate are proved to be fake, false or forged or forged or misused in the examination.
Will be canceled, and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination in case of misrepresentation of information / fake documents. At the time of oral examination, up to the following serial no.-I-vi) showing the original copy of the paper, one attested photocopy should be submitted for each 01. 5. All information regarding the test can be found at www.dghs.gov.bd and www.hospitaldghs.gov.bd. . The decision of the appointing authority on any matter relating to the recruitment test will be final. . The existing rules and regulations and quota policy of the government will be followed in Niagara. If any amendment is made in the relevant rules and regulations later, it will be followed. . The Authority reserves the right to reduce / increase / cancel the number of posts.
9. No type of TA / DA will be given for participation in written / oral/practical examination.
10. In the case not mentioned above, the Ministry of Public Administration’s rules and regulations will be applicable.
11. This appointment is entirely temporary, applicable for the project’s duration, and no commitment will be made to a permanent revenue position. 12. The Authority reserves the right to add, modify, and change any condition as required.
13. This appointment is on a contract basis (only for the duration of the project). At the end of the project period, the posts will be automatically dissolved, and the appointment letter of the selected candidate
