The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Faridpur district. Interested candidates should apply for the job application form prescribed in the circular issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on 6/6/2012 dated 6.1.1.1.1.3.1. The application form can be collected from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Faridpur’s website at www.faridpur.gov.bd and the Revenue Branch of the office. In accordance with the instructions in the prescribed application form, the relevant information should be provided. Fill the prescribed application form manually and submit the signature along with the date at the designated place of application form. In case of married women
candidates, the husband’s permanent address must be specified. The application should reach the post office at around 5.30 pm on 24/21/220. Application will not be accepted by hand. Incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect information and delayed applications will be considered invalid. The following documents should be attached to the application form: The candidate’s most recent 8×7 cm 5 (three) colored photographs of size (verified by the Gazetted Officer of the 8th grade) by the Treasury Invoice in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, Faridpur. Copy (5th copy) must be submitted along with the application form; An interest envelope should be attached with a return envelope of size 5.5 “x8” in the name of the address, with a written address of Rs. Character certificates issued by the first class gazetted officer (certified copy is not acceptable). Deputy Director of the District Social Service Office in the case of physically handicapped and orphans. A certified copy of the certificate issued by the Deputy Commissioner in case of minorities. In the case of Ansar and VDP candidates, a valid copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority as per latest policy. Candidate’s age limit should be within 3-5 years on the next 24/2/21. freedom fighter’s son / daughter and handicapped candidates, the age limit is 12 (thirty-two). However, in the case of the grandson and grandson of the martyr freedom fighter, the age limit is 3 (thirty). No affidavit will be accepted in case of age. The petition should be made with the Deputy Commissioner and President, District Election Committee, Faridpur.
