A) At least graduated from a recognized university or passed the equivalent examination. A) Passed the Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized bard. B) 5 (five) years of work experience in a well established automobile workshop or c) an accredited award. Institute. Contains Automobile Trade Course from Institution. A) Passed on a Secondary Certificate or equivalent CGPA in Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from any recognized bard. A) A recognized Board / Institute. However, candidates for Khulna, Bagerhat, Kushtia, Chuadanga, Jhalakathi and Rajbari districts can also apply in the five districts mentioned above for orphan and physically challenged candidates.
The following conditions must be followed in completing the application form and participating in the examination:
- Candidate age limit should be 18-30 years. Freedom fighter / martyr son and daughter of freedom fighter and the age limit for the disabled is 8-12 years. However, in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters / martyrs freedom fighters, the age range is 4 to 5 years. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age. 2. Candidates working in government, sub-government and autonomous institutions must apply through the appropriate authority and show the authority’s license during the oral examination. 2. A candidate can apply for any of the post of pastel operator and mail operator. 2. No TA / DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations. 2. Verification of Candidate’s Eligibility: (a) If any information or papers submitted by the candidate prove to be fake, false or false, or if the candidate is duped or misbehaved, then the candidature of the concerned candidate can be canceled at any stage of the application and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. (B) The candidate’s educational qualification, experience and technical education in the applicable field during the oral examination. Original copies of all types of certificates including training certificates, driving license should be displayed and attested photocopies of 12 (two) sets of certificates and 3 (three) copies of the applicant must be verified with passport size. Candidates who pass the exam will be canceled directly if incorrect information / fake papers appear. (C) The union council / municipality concerned as a certificate of proof of permanent resident of the district during the oral examination. Certificate and national ID issued by the appropriate authority of the City Corporation. Original copy of birth registration certificate should be displayed and photocopy submitted. Candidates for the special quota will have to submit a certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of the special quota. (D) if a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or is committed to marry or commit a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, or is sentenced by a criminal court for morally sloping action or removed or dismissed from the service of a government or autonomous institution or local authority. He will not be considered eligible to apply. (E) The latest quota system issued by the Government in respect of the terms described will be followed. 2. Miscellaneous: (a) All information on Niag will be updated from time to time on the postal department website www.bdpost.gov.bd or www.post.khulnadiv.gov.bd. (B) The decision of the competent authority shall be final in any matters relating to the examination and registration of the NIAG. (C) This process of change at any stage. The authority reserves the power to cancel the enlargement and to reduce the number of persons in the enlargement. 2. Rules and conditions for sending application online: a. Candidates having the User ID within the said timeframe will apply online via SMS within the next 12 (seventy-two) hours from the date of submission.
